1. Processing & Shipping Times

a. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
b. Shipping Timeline: Orders ship from our fulfillment center within 5 business days of order confirmation.
c. Total Delivery: Expect 7-14 business days door-to-door for continental US orders.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

a. Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground (carrier selected based on location/weight).
b. Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (2-5 business days).
c. Tracking: Email notification with tracking number sent once order ships.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

a. Free Shipping: Orders over $85 qualify for free standard shipping (continental US only).
b. Standard Rates:

c. Expedited: Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination.

4. Shipping Destinations

√ Domestic: All 50 states + DC, PR, VI, Guam, AK, HI
✗ No International Shipping at this time

5. Shipping Restrictions

a. Address Requirements: Physical street addresses only. No P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
b. Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, liquids over 16oz, perishables per carrier rules.
c. High-value orders (> $500): Signature required upon delivery.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

a. Before Processing: Contact t1swellnesscenter@gmail.com within 4 hours of purchase.
b. After Processing: No changes/cancellations. Order will ship as placed.

7. Lost/Damaged Shipments

a. Lost Packages: File claim with carrier using tracking number (we assist).
b. Damaged Goods: Contact us within 7 days with photos for replacement (shipping prepaid).
c. All packages insured up to $100. Declare higher value at checkout for additional coverage.

8. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

a. Not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, or strikes.
b. Business days exclude weekends, federal holidays, carrier closures.

9. Multiple Address Shipping

Ship to multiple addresses available at checkout. Each address charged separately (free shipping threshold per address).

10. Taxes & Duties

a. Sales tax collected based on shipping destination.
b. No import duties (domestic shipping only).

11. Backordered Items

a. Partial shipments sent when items become available.
b. Backorder notifications sent via email.
c. No restocking fees for canceled backorders.
